If you've built the career, the confidence others see, the life that reads as “put together” — and underneath it, self-doubt, fear of failing, or constant overwhelm still runs the show, this is for you.
I help high-achieving women get to the root of it, using RTT® to resolve it where it actually lives — not just talk around it.
You wake up and there's no low-grade dread waiting for you. No restless replay of yesterday, no bracing for today.
You make a decision about your career, your relationship, your next ten years — and you're not immediately drowned in “what if I'm wrong.” You trust yourself enough to just decide.
You rest, and your mind actually lets you. You're not managing stress in the background while you try to enjoy your life. You're just living it.
That's what it feels like when self-doubt and fear stop being the operating system underneath everything you do.
Self-doubt that doesn't match your results — you're capable on paper, but you don't actually believe it. Deep down, you still feel “not good enough,” no matter how much evidence you stack up.
Nerves before the moments that matter — an exam, a presentation, an interview, a performance. You've prepared. You know your stuff. And still your mind goes blank when it counts.
Stress that never really switches off — a constant feeling of being overwhelmed, bracing for something to go wrong even when everything is, by every measure, fine.
The fear of failing or being rejected — it quietly shapes your decisions about your career, your relationships, your worth. You've gotten so used to it, you've stopped noticing it's there.
The inner blocks that keep you small — you know what you want. You know you're ready. And still something inside holds you back every time you try to take the next step.
Worry about change — a new job, a move, a relationship ending. Something is shifting, and you don't feel steady enough to meet it.
Everyday fears that hold you back — speaking up in a meeting, making the call, saying no. They don't stop your life. They just get in your way, again and again.
Carrying it all while looking completely fine — being the person others lean on, while feeling exhausted and uncertain underneath, with no idea how to ask for support without it undoing the image you've built.
These aren't small frustrations. They're the kind of quiet, ongoing weight that doesn't show up on a resume, that the people around you can't see — and that gets heavier every year it goes unaddressed. And underneath all of it, there's a simple wish: to feel calm, grounded, and like yourself again.
You run on a low hum of exhaustion that more sleep doesn't fix — because managing stress, fear, and self-doubt all day, while appearing completely fine, is its own full-time job underneath your actual one.
You're admired, not fully known. You feel like you have to show everyone, all the time, that you can handle anything — and no one is allowed to see that you might be struggling.
The longer fear and self-doubt go unresolved, the easier it becomes to quietly conclude that they're just part of your life and who you are. They're not. You just haven't had the right place to look yet.
Self-doubt has a price tag. It shows up in what you ask for, what you negotiate, and what you allow yourself to receive.
You're not sure anymore which decisions come from genuine desire, and which come from fear of what happens if you don't. Every year that stays unclear is a year you don't spend building real, felt confidence.
On a free discovery call, we'll talk about what's actually driving the self-doubt, fear, or stress for you, what it would feel like to finally be free of it, with genuine confidence in its place, and whether this is the right fit. No pressure — just an honest conversation.
The Reconnect to Self Method works at the exact layer where self-doubt, fear, and inner blocks actually live — using RTT® to go beneath conscious understanding to where the belief was first formed, and resolve it there.
We locate the exact origin of the self-doubt, fear, or inner block.
We uncover how it has been shaping your choices, your relationships, and your sense of self ever since — often without you realizing it.
We resolve it at the level where it actually lives, so it stops running underneath your decisions and your confidence.
We anchor a new, felt sense of self-trust and calm — so what you know about yourself and what you actually feel finally align.
Most of us are taught to solve self-doubt, fear, and inner blocks by understanding them better — journaling, therapy, reasoning it through. And for a while, that helps. But when they persist no matter how much you think about them, it's because they don't live at the level of conscious understanding. They live below it — in the subconscious, where they were shaped before you had any language for them.
The conscious mind can name them. It just can't reach the root.
The Reconnect to Self Method works directly at the subconscious level — where the belief was first formed. That's the difference between insight and revelation. And it's what makes the change not just real, but lasting.
I'm a certified RTT® Practitioner. But before I trained to deliver this work, I carried my own self-doubt, fear, and overwhelm — different in shape from yours, maybe, but just as real.
Two master's degrees. A track record of real achievement. And underneath all of it, persistent self-doubt telling me I wasn't enough, a quiet fear that something terrible was going to happen to me or the people I love, and a constant sense of overwhelm from everything I was doing, with no pause, no space to reconnect to myself.
RTT® reached what nothing else had. I found the exact moments those beliefs were formed, understood them from the inside for the first time — and once they were resolved there, they stayed resolved.
I also understood something else: changing my life meant changing myself — stepping into a new version of me, staying present and conscious instead of running on old, automatic patterns, and choosing who I wanted to be in each moment, not just reacting out of habit. That change didn't happen once, in a session — it happened through daily practice, repeating those new thoughts and feelings on purpose until they became as automatic as the old ones once were. It meant making time for myself, and doing the things that helped me reconnect to who I am every day. That's the inner journey, and it's a continuous process of growth.
Alma is an extraordinary RTT® practitioner, and I truly recommend her.
Before the session with Alma, I had been struggling for numerous years with negative thoughts and frustration for not being able to quiet my mind and have mental clarity. I was creating my life from a place of dissatisfaction with myself and the world.
I am so glad I worked with Alma, because she is so skilled and intuitively, she knew what I needed. She held space for me with compassion and without any judgement whatsoever. I felt safe to go all in, and she guided me so well throughout the entire session. She also checked in with me days after — I felt like someone was holding my hand, and I wasn't walking this path alone.
Even during the session, I felt a powerful shift within me, but after some time of listening to the personalized recording Alma made for me, I really started to see tangible results. I could focus again, I could see the beauty in my life again. I began to be more present and to feel fulfilled with who I am and my life in general. My relationships improved tremendously as well. My mind is quiet and I feel emotionally stable now.
And I can't thank Alma enough for helping me achieve all of this!
I already feel a positive shift in how I appreciate myself.
I had several coaching sessions with Alma, all focused on my self-confidence issues. First, we had a preliminary question-and-answer session to define the specific area we would explore more deeply.
Then, I had a series of much longer sessions filled with unexpected revelations from my childhood memories. With Alma's guidance, I was able to recall past events and clearly connect possible causes to the effects they have on my present behavior.
Afterwards, I received a personalized recording to listen to for several weeks. Listening regularly gave me a noticeable boost in my self-confidence and self-assurance, as well as a soothing inner calm.
At the end of the listening period, I had a final session — a cheerful discussion about the benefits of the process and the positive changes I could already feel.
Throughout the entire transformation process, Alma was fully present: answering all my questions, sharing helpful insights, and guiding me thoroughly every step of the way. Even though I am still at the beginning of this remarkable journey, I already feel a positive shift in how I appreciate myself.
I am truly grateful to Alma for her deeply helpful coaching.
No. This is coaching for personal development. I don't diagnose or treat illness, and it doesn't replace a doctor or a psychotherapist.
If you've been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, depression, or trauma, or you're in treatment right now, I'll gently point you to the right professional support.
If we both feel it's the right fit after your free call, you book the program and pay in full at checkout — by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Change happens in three ways, and all of them are valid:
What matters most is staying committed to the process and doing the work.
This is fully online and entirely 1:1. This work goes deep, and it deserves individual attention — not a shared room.
you don't have to keep managing it on your own. Let's find out what's actually driving it, and what becomes possible once it's resolved.
